Welcome to ProMenu AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering, including your restaurant and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) are billed monthly in USD. Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method is charged automatically each month until cancellation. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

3. Free Trial & AI Generations

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial and a limited number of free AI generations. Unused generations do not roll over. Trial terms may vary by promotion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, generate unlawful or infringing content, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without permission. AI-generated content is provided as a creative aid; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you generate belongs to you, subject to the rights of any underlying third-party materials. We retain ownership of the platform, branding, and software.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the customer portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
